Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not applicable by default. However, we offer a special performance-based refund policy.
If a buyer uploads at least one reel per day for 100 consecutive days using our bundle, they become eligible for a 50% refund of the purchase amount. But you have to apply for refund between 100-110 days of purchasing.
Proof of daily uploads must be provided while requesting the refund.
